News - [add news] [admin]   Press release | 1/24/2004 After a seven year break, the "Schacksällskapet Manhem" will resume the chess book auctions previously held since the mid seventies. The 37th international chess book auction of SS Manhem will be held at the Gothenburg Chess Centre, Vegagatan 20, on Saturday, March 27th 2004, beginning at 13.00. The books will be available for examination from 11.00 the same day. The auction will consist of approximately 700 books, of which a large number are from the collection of SS Manhem´s honorary member, the late Arne Berggren.
